Refund policy

 

At Dopamin Addict, it is our aim to make you a happy customer. We want you to work out with our products freely without the stress of choosing the right item.

Returns

If there is something not quite right, we have a 30-day no questions asked returns policy. For pre-orders, the 30-day period starts on the day products are delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Please use the original packaging, if possible.

To initiate a return, email hello@dopaminaddict.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on preparing your package for courier pick-up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return request and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using the same payment method as you have used placing the order. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. The refunded money is taken from our account immediately but it may take a few days for it shows up on your credit card account.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time. However, once your order has been shipped you have to ship it back to Dopamin Addict address. We will bear the cost of returning the goods in case of cancellation. Once the cancelled order will arrive at our office we will proceed with the refund of your cancelled order.

Cancellation How long does it take to process a return?

We aim to process your return as soon as possible. It may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us. If you have not been refunded after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at hello@dopaminaddict.com.
