Where do we ship?
Dopamin Addict orders are delivered using our worldwide shipping service. Shipping is free on any order over €50, using standard EU shipping.
All products are shipped from our warehouses in Slovakia, Europe, or in our 3PL provider in Spain, UK and USA.
How long does it take to arrive?
Depending on which country you are ordering to, we offer a number of delivery methods. It takes 2 business days when shipping to Slovakia, 2-4 business days when shipping within the EU, and 9 - 14 business days when shipping outside of Europe. We also offer express shipping for applicable charges that will be reflected in shopping basket checkout.
All orders within the EU are shipped with a standard courier service or Express delivery service. Orders received from outside the EU ( Asia, Norway, Switzerland, U.S., Canada, etc.) we can ship only with Express delivery service.

Marmati offers FREE standard EU shipping on any order over €50.
Who pays customs fees or taxes for international orders?
The international package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Dopamin Addict is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. From 1st January 2021, the UK is no longer part of the EU. The UK orders are fulfiled from the local fulfilment centre, there are no extra taxes, customs and duties charged.
